Do you ship internationally?+
We ship within Canada and to all 50 US states (including DC). We do not currently ship outside Canada and the United States.
How do I pay?+
We accept Interac e-Transfer and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDC). Payment instructions are provided after you place your order.
How long does shipping take?+
Most Canadian addresses receive their order in 2–8 business days via Canada Post after payment is confirmed. US orders typically arrive in 5–8 business days via tracked cross-border delivery.
Are the products tested?+
Yes — every batch is independently verified by HPLC and mass spectrometry. We retain certificates of analysis on file.
What if my package is damaged or lost?+
Contact us at the email on the contact page with your order number. We replace damaged or lost shipments at our discretion.
Can I track my order?+
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number (Canada Post for Canadian orders, tracked carrier for US orders). You can also see status under your account.
How do I store peptides?+
Lyophilized peptides should be kept in a cool, dry place. Once reconstituted, store refrigerated and use within the timeframe specified for that compound. This is general research storage guidance, not medical advice.
